Rogera leads the nonprofit's mission to provide equitable business education and support to small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs. With expertise in strategic brand management, front-end web development, and sustainable marketing practices, Rogera creates tailored solutions that help businesses grow while maintaining work-life harmony.
Through The MTM Institute, Rogera offers hands-on training, workshops, and personalized guidance to empower leaders to build brands that align with their values and resonate with their target audiences.

Co-Director
Marc helps execute the nonprofit's mission of creating equitable business education opportunities for small businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs. He is also a property manager with a focus on sustainability through his company, MTM Equities.
Based in Rockland County, NY, the company is a member of Rockland Green's Food Action Network to help ensure that as many food scraps as possible are properly processed, contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable community.
